UK Next Day Special Delivery
Your order, once handmade, will be sent by Courier or Royal Mail's next day Special delivery service and will require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your lovely patchwork quilts or cushions are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
International Shipping - 2 -10 working days
All items are sent by Courier or International Signed for and are fully insured and can be tracked. Please be aware that you may be asked to pay additional fees charged by Customs, which regrettably we cannot pay this for you. Most of the time International shipping goes smoothly but occasionally packages get stuck in Customs, regrettably we have no control over this.
